Tony Guarino
Tony has been in the restaurant business for over 30 years and spent much of his time behind the bar. He has owned two restaurants and has spent time recently working as a restaurant consultant. Tony’s knowledge of drink menus, bar service, inventory control, marketing and profit, forms the foundation of the company. He spent four years developing the BarMax concept and his vision of a system that completely maximizes bar profits is in place today with the help of computer expert Paul.

Paul Rafferty

Paul’s software engineering career includes over 25 years of experience in the design, development, and implementation of a variety of applications and databases for clients in the private and public sectors, and on a variety of development environments and architectures.
Most recently, Paul worked as a software engineer with Cadre Technologies, located in Denver, Colorado, developing logistics & warehouse management software. Paul is the architect of our BarMax application software and database.
